Compliance

Compliance & Export Control

Components for defense and aerospace are often controlled by the country of manufacture, by the destination country, or both. NEFCORE treats compliance as a condition of doing business, not as an afterthought.

Our process

Six steps on every controlled item

01

Classify

We ask the manufacturer for its export classification (EU dual-use, national military lists, or US ITAR/EAR) before quoting.

02

Know the end user

For defense-related items we require end-user and end-use information, and an end-user certificate where required.

03

Check parties

We screen customers and consignees against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists.

04

Obtain approvals

We do not ship controlled items without the required licences from the exporting country and approvals required in the UAE.

05

Keep records

Quotations, end-use statements and shipping documents are retained.

06

Respect territory

We do not re-export or divert products outside the agreed territory and end use.
